“SANIKUSHOKU” is meals that mother and baby share nutritiously and brings a new life to the future.
First of all we propose and offer “SANIKUSHOKU” with lots of nutrients which is essential for both mother and baby to stay healthy.
In addition we create “SANIKUSHOKU” in the society considering not only nutrishment but also full of deliciousness, the regional food culture and the wisdom of ages past.

“SANIKUSHOKU” is based on the scientific evidence of DOHaD (Developmental Origins of Health and Disease). According to DOHaD the nutritional condition and the environment in fetal and newborn stages have an effect on baby’s physical and mental health for the entire life. In recent years its relation to the epigenetics has been indicated. As the research progresses importance of “SANIKUSHOKU” is increasing.
